Job Title: Personal Executive Assistant
Location: Syosset, NY (Moving to Jericho within the next 7-9 months)
Horizon Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive and their family. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
- Schedule: Flexible, with on-call availability required as needed
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Errands: Run occasional errands as needed to support the executive and their family.
- Schedule Management: Keep track of and manage a busy, dynamic schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are attended to.
- Family and Executive Support: Provide assistance to the client’s family and senior managers with various tasks.
- Communication Management: Monitor and respond to emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls as needed, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Follow-up on Business Matters: While you will not be responsible for making business decisions, you will assist with following up on important matters and coordinating necessary actions.
- Technology Savvy: Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), appointment scheduling tools, and various digital communication platforms.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, family members, and colleagues.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Technology Proficiency: Highly skilled in using office software and digital tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile phone apps.
- Dependability: Available on-call, with flexibility to work outside of standard hours when necessary.
- Confidentiality: Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Professional Demeanor: Intelligent, professional, and poised with the ability to interact in a variety of settings.
