Horizon Staffing Solutions is looking for a Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish. If you’re enthusiastic about the world of recruiting, tech-savvy and an excellent communicator, we’d like to meet you.

• Base salary plus Commission
• 9am-5:30 pm
• Monday through Friday
• Hicksville, NY

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in sourcing and onboarding and willingness to expand their knowledge within other areas, such as education
• Conduct in depth-interviews to qualify prospective candidates in accordance with clients’ requirements
• Coordinate the full -cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on assignment
• Utilize innovative sourcing to attract top talent through our ATS internal system, Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter and other platforms.
• Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them with setting up interview times
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts

Requirements:

• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
• The ability to handle multiple priorities in rapidly changing environment
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent communication skills
