Horizon Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Flushing, Queens. The ideal candidate will have experience in computer usage, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle various clerical tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Location: Queens, NY

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with members via phone and in person, providing assistance and answering inquiries
• Perform various clerical duties including filing, faxing, and organizing documents
• Manage emails, memos, and other correspondence as needed
• Process and distribute mailings, including stuffing envelopes and sending out materials
• Handle receipts and other administrative tasks, such as ripping and organizing documents

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Proficient in using computers and various office software
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to being on time every day
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
